The Prairie Tent is Ellis Canvas Tent's most popular model. With its easy setup and spacious interior, this tent is derived from the range tents that have been used by cowboys in the American West since the 1800s. A tent that reinvented a range tent that has been used for a long time with a functional and fulfilling design. Instead of the original pyramid design, we've added front and rear ledges that allow the large front and rear windows to open even in downpours, keeping the tent dry.

Two guy lines make the tent more stable in high winds while providing more interior space. Due to the high stove top, most of the stove pipe remains inside the tent, blocking the draft and providing very efficient heating in the winter. Sufficient ventilation is possible through large screen doors and windows in the summer.
