Loquat is a plant whose pigment is so strong that when you eat the fruit, the juice from the fruit can stain your clothes. It is known that not only the fruit but also the liquid from which the leaves are boiled can dye fabrics well.
The white is dyed in pastel colors that you wouldn't expect from the boiled green leaves.

Blue dyed with large green leaves, which have been used as a pigment for indigo dyeing since ancient times.
