It can be used to clean the entire ax, from the blade to the handle. When the applied oil dries, it forms a protective film of linoxine that protects the ax blade from rusting.
In addition, deterioration can be suppressed by applying this oil to the handle about once a year.
The oil will dry in about 24 hours at room temperature in a well-ventilated area.
