This is a yakiniku sauce developed by Nikuno Kobayashi, a long-established butcher shop founded in 1872, that "makes ordinary meat delicious."
Made with 100% "New Soy Sauce," which won an award at a soy sauce competition.
It has a moderate punch of garlic and a clean aftertaste with the extracts of bonito and kelp.
