Point
Supervised by Chef Ellen, owner of Malaysian Cuisine, a long-established Malaysian restaurant in Ogikubo.
The store's most popular menu item, Bak Kut Teh, is now available in a retort pouch.
Made with domestic spare ribs.
The herbal ingredients were sourced from Tokiwa Kampo Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., who cooperated in the development of the product.
It also contains a composite plant extract that is an original blend of 10 Japanese and Chinese herbs that has been confirmed through various analytical data and has passed our in-house standards.
An easy-to-make tsuke sauce recipe is available on the 36COS website.
The taste will be outstanding, so please try it.
