Point
This coffee grinder can grind coffee beans in approximately 60 different ways, from espresso to French press.
Because it uses a stainless steel blade, you can grind coffee beans with a crispy feeling as the beans are chopped.
The grip (handle) also has a non-slip "knurled" finish, which is the same as the grips on bikes and barbells at gyms, making it easy to hold and preventing slipping.
Even women and children can grind easily.
Use a genuine coffee mill when traveling or outdoors!
*Stainless steel blade
Barista Pro is the culmination of over 150 years of evolution.
The extremely sharp German-made stainless steel blade can chop rather than crush coffee beans containing moisture and oil.
By chopping the coffee beans "crunchily" rather than gritting them, we achieve extremely small amounts of fine powder and consistent particle size.
It has low friction and resistance, so it can be ground easily.
* Bearings and shafts
Two bearings reduce friction, making it easy for even women and children to grind. Taiwan is No. 1 in bearing technology for bicycles and other equipment.
By incorporating this technology into the Barista Pro, we have achieved an excellent grind.
The stainless steel shaft is thick and sturdy. This is the key point of the coffee grinder.
Inside the main body there is a bar that completely fixes the axis, eliminating vertical and horizontal movement.
*handle
The calculated length and curvature make it easy to turn the grind. Also, by installing a ball in the main shaft, the handle will not come off.
This ball locks the handle so that it cannot be removed even if turned upside down.
Furthermore, there is a slight amount of play at the connection between the body and the handle. This is the key point. This play reduces excess grinding force and ensures that slight up and down movement is transmitted firmly to the shaft body.
The wooden knob is removable.
*Main body shape
The aluminum body is knurled, using the same technique used for bike grips, footpegs, and barbell grips, to eliminate slipping.
Easy to grip even for those with small hands.
*Grain size dial
The 12-memory dial can be adjusted to approximately 60 levels.
There is a ball on the back of the dial, which can be turned smoothly with a clicking sound. This dial also acts as a screw that connects the shaft and blade, allowing you to remove the blade.
No extra parts are used.
*Particle size
It is possible to grind to suit your brewing equipment, from extra fine to French press.
It is also compatible with espresso made in cafe espresso machines. It is a special tool for measuring fine powder, and baristas have given it a measurement and given it high praise.
*weight
You might think that 440g is heavy. However, if the shaft and blade are not heavy enough, it is essential to maintain a consistent grain size. Weight is a function.
*material
Zassenhaus allows you to see the inside. One of Zassenhaus's defining features is the minimization of resin, which wears easily. More than 90% of the materials used are stainless steel and aluminum, and no resin is used in important parts.
